Avacluxe Return & Exchange Policy
At Avacluxe, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make an exchange, please review our policy below:
1. Exchanges Only
We currently only accept exchanges for items. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Requested within **7 days** of receiving your order.
- Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase.
Please note that certain products are not eligible for exchange:
- Opened or used items.
- Items without original packaging.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
4. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at info@avacluxe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
5. Processing Your Exchange
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@avacluxe.com and we’ll correct the issue at no additional cost.
