Lashes are cute, customer service not so much

I contacted the owner via email & phone & never received a response back. Would prefer if lashes had a more obvious description on whether they are cruelty free, vegan, & faux mink or not. Have not tried them out, but are super cute, just would not order from again until customer service improves.
