Never received my items

I've contacted twice about my order. No one has yet to reply. But they want a review. I placed an order march1st. It's the 21th of March and haven't received my items. I work hard for me to afford lashes and to yet receive them, well it's such a disappointment. The tracking number tells me that the status of my package is unavailable. Never buying from this place again. I just want my items and I'm done.
